Chadwick Boseman’s Uncle Located By Sheriff’s Office And Airlifted To South Carolina Hospital
Chadwick Boseman’s uncle has reportedly been found after going missing for a few days in South Carolina.
According to TMZ, Tony Boseman was located on Tuesday (September 6) by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, who said he was walking less than a mile from his home near a wooded area. Authorities had already searched the area, according to the news outlet.
A spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office says Boseman was severely dehydrated and taken to a nearby hospital for additional medical attention.
"He has been reported missing a time or two here,” the rep noted. “We're hoping that this is the last and they can come up with some sort of game plan moving forward."
Tony Boseman was initially reported missing on Sunday, however it’s unclear where he was while he was away from his home.
TMZ reports that Boseman’s immediate family has not commented publicly on the situation.
