Drake recently shared a heartfelt letter from his son, Adonis, giving fans a glimpse of his close relationship with the boy.

On Thursday (Nov. 7), the Canadian rapper posted a photo on his Instagram Stories featuring a short note handwritten by his 7-year-old son. Using blue and red ink, the letter read, "Thank you for giving me such a good life and a good family. I love you, Dad." He concluded with, "Adonis to Dad."

Drake shares Adonis with French artist Sophie Brussaux. The pair has worked over the years to build a solid co-parenting relationship. Drake famously called himself "co-parent of the year" on his track "Champagne Poetry” from his sixth studio album, Certified Lover Boy.

"I been hot since the birth of my son," he kicks off the first verse after the intro. In the last verse, he raps, "Co-parent of the year, we figured out a rapport."

Adonis splits his time between France, where he lives with his mom, and visiting Drake in Los Angeles and Toronto.
