Meagan Good might keep getting criticized for her outfits — with the latest being her super low-cut see-through dress for the GQ Men of the Year party — but she still continues to do her own thing. The actress has recently started sporting a sexy new haircut and during the GQ party, she opened up to People magazine about her motivation behind the style.
"There's something really hot about just being able to feel your neck and your jaw… it just feels very freeing and a little rebellious, which I like," Good said.
The actress found the inspiration to go shorter after filming her role for Think Like A Man Too.
"When I came off of Anchorman [2: The Legend Continues] I had this really, huge curly kind of wig thing," Good continued. "Then when I went into Think Like A Man [Too], I cut it a little bit, but I hadn't gone all the way up. So I was like, 'You know what? I've had it long for so long — I started going that direction, [so] I'm just going to chop it off.'"
This reminds us of Jennifer Hudson's own reason for chopping off her long locks recently.
"I figured if I was going to go short, you gotta go all the way," Hudson told Hip Hollywood.
