In just under a month, the eagerly awaited debut of the 2023 adaptation of "The Color Purple" will grace our screens, featuring Fantasia Barrino in the leading role of Celie. Familiar to many from her Broadway performance in 2005, this role served as a catalyst for her international acclaim, propelling her star power and influencing her evolving fashion sense.
