Two Chicago-area men have filed a lawsuit against Bone Thugs-N-Harmony leader Bizzy Bone and several members of his entourage, claiming Biz assaulted him after a concert at Chicago’s Congress Theater, reports the Chicago Sun-Times.

Police were called in to investigate the incident, which allegedly occurred on the group’s tour bus after the show, but police concluded their review of the events without making an arrest.

The suit was filed in Cook County Circuit Court by Joseph E. Zeidel who claims that he paid $80 to a tour manager so he and his cousin could join other fans on the group’s tour bus after the June 10 concert. Zeidel and his cousin spent about half an hour on the bus talking with members of the group before Bizzy Bone allegedly began harassing them, although the lawsuit doesn’t explain what caused the change in Bizzy’s temperament.

According to the lawsuit, Bizzy struck the two fans as they attempted to leave the bus, striking Zeidel’s cousin in the face and head, knocking him off his feet, and then fracturing Zeidel’s nose and breaking his glasses.

The lawsuit also names other members of the group, several concert organizers, Congress Theater and a number of record companies seeking a total of $1.2 million for the “extreme emotional embarrassment and trauma” the two suffered in front of a dozen onlookers.

TMZ reports that the members of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony are standing together in the face of the lawsuit. Flesh-N-Bone says that the group feels "the truth will come out" and they will "deal with this in court. We generally don't let fans on the bus and we are never mean to any of our fans. We love all of them. We have the right representation and we will handle this matter accordingly."
