Quincy Brown Speaks Out About Diddy's UCLA Arrest

Mogul's son says it was nothing but a "hiccup."

If there’s anybody who can hire his own PR team it’s Diddy, but with an army of children, who needs Olivia Pope?

By now you’ve already heard about Diddy’s meltdown with UCLA’s football coach over his son Justin Combs, but nobody really knows anything, and according to son Quincy Brown, there's not much to know.

While walking the red carpet of the 2015 BET Awards, Quincy, who at first fielded questions regarding the incident, was now ready to put the incident behind his music mogul family.

"Hiccups happen in life. You push that to the side. You worry about that later," the actor/singer told Billboard. "That's why we here right now just enjoying the BET Awards. We come every year. We're supporting the family, supporting my dad. And my dad's got a big performance this year."

Diddy, who faces assault charges for the event involving a kettle-ball in the weight room, hit up the BET Awards stage for a special Bad Boy 20-year reunion set featuring veteran label acts like Faith Evans, Ma$e, Lil Kim and 112. He also premiered his new song featuring the Grammy-winning artist and producer Pharell, "Finna Get Loose."

Excited for his dad’s show, Quincy also commented, “This is a big moment. This is like a family reunion for Bad Boy. ... Bad Boy is still here. We ain't never went nowhere. Can't stop, won't stop."
