Kerry Washington, Questlove, Jada Pinkett Smith And Other Celebs React To The Passing Of Stephen 'tWitch' Boss
The world is mourning the loss of dancer, DJ and producer Stephen “tWitch” Boss. According to reports, he was found dead at a Los Angeles hotel from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was 40 years old.
Boss’ wife and the mother of his three children, Allison Holker, 34, said in a statement to PEOPLE: "It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us. Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans."

The entertainment industry is celebrating his life. Starting in 2014, he was the house DJ on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and became a co-executive producer in 2020. DeGeneres wrote on Twitter, “I’m heartbroken. tWitch was pure love and light. He was my family, and I loved him with all my heart. I will miss him. Please send your love and support to Allison and his beautiful children.”
