Court Rules On Whether Blac Chyna Can Use the Kardashian Name
The drama for Blac Chyna and the Kardashian family is showing no signs of stopping. As Chyna continues to deal Tyga and Rob Kardashian losses on social media, it appears the model has finally taken an L herself.
On Sunday, TMZ reported that Blac Chyna was officially denied from using the name 'Angela Renee Kardashian,' presumably as a money-making opportunity.
Back when Rob and Chyna's marriage was still on, the Kardashian sisters made it clear that they did not want her to use their name, claiming that adding an extra woman would have an impact on the brand they've worked to build. So they filed the necessary legal documents, which have now been officially approved.
According to People, the documents argued that the Kardashian brand could “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill” if Chyna had been allowed to take the name.
It appears that if there is ever a shortage of relationship drama between Rob and Chyna, they can always fall back on some legal drama.
