Cam’ron Has Epic Meet And Greet With Nia Long At Rich Paul’s 42nd Birthday Party
We all know the prayer Ciara prayed before she met Russell Wilson. And we've seen the DM Cam'ron sent to Nia Long last year when he poured his heart out to her. It appears that Killa Cam has manifested the link-up he's been dreaming of.
Over the weekend, the "Hey Ma" hitmaker met his crush, Ms. Long, at Rich Paul's 42nd 90s-themed birthday bash in Los Angeles, as reported by Complex. The entertainers even took a nostalgic photo as the "Best Man" actor sat in a wicker chair while Cam'ron posed beside her.
The "Oh Boy" rapper shared the unforgettable moments in a post on Instagram.
"He want the scoop, she want the tea, I can not talk, we keeping it street!! 🤷🏾♂️ @iamnialong aka Ni-Amore ❤️💜❤️💜❤️💜," he penned in the post.
Taking a line from one of his 2002 mega-hit songs, all we can say is "Oh Boy!"
Another snap captures Cam'ron and the "You People" actor talking midconversation, along with another moment that appears to show Cam'ron going in for a hug.
Both let their fashion do the talking at the party while rocking 90s flair. The mom of two spiced up a black blazer with a silver mini dress, while the Grammy nominee opted to wear black from head to toe.
Earlier this month, while on the "It Is What It Is" podcast, Cam'ron opened up about sliding into Long's DMs last year after her split from Ime Udoka. Although he wore his heart on his sleeve, Cam'ron said the actress had yet to open the message.
While it's too soon to speculate if Cam'ron and Long will eventually reimagine his 1998 track "Horse and Carriage," one thing we can learn from this rapper is that persistence can sometimes lead to dreams coming true.
