After a two-year wait, Megan Thee Stallion is gearing up to drop something new for the hotties.

While on her "Hot Girl Summer" tour on Sunday (June 2) in Atlanta, GA, the H-Town MC announced that her next album, "MEGAN," is slated to debut June 28. This will be the third album for the rapper, following her sophomore LP, "Traumazine."

After she made the announcement at the show, a QR code was released to pre-save the album. A tracklist has not been made available yet.

Megan also shared the long-awaited news on social media.

"SURPRISE HOTTIESSSS!!!! My New Album “MEGAN’’ will be coming out JUNE 28. Click the link in bio to PRE-SAVE NOW!," said the caption of the post.

Previously, Megan has been using snake-themed titles to illustrate her evolving journey on her latest singles including “Cobra,” “Boa,” and the diss track “Hiss," but now she is embracing a different species. Her IG post featured a graphic of the rapper hanging upside down as a butterfly preparing to hatch.

"We don't just stop at the snake,” she told  L'Officiel last month.

“This is just what everybody sees right now. Renewal, rebirth: that is the whole concept of this [album],” she continued. “We started with the snake because, first of all, I love snakes, but I feel like snakes are so misunderstood, especially in western culture. Snakes represent rebirth, spirituality."

She added, "I'm not really a person that's like, Oh my God, sunshine and just super bubbly, happy. I like darker things. I like things that are a little scary. I like things that are unique. I picked the snake because… it's kind of like an antihero.”
