Messy AF: Keshia Knight Pulliam's Ex, Ed Hartwell, Is Trying To Use Bill Cosby Against Her In Ugly Custody Battle
The custody battle between Keshia Knight Pulliam and her ex, Ed Hartwell, just reached a new level of petty as the former athlete is reportedly now attempting to get a new trial for their 1-year-old daughter.
This time, he is claiming that the former child star took their daughter out of state with her to support Bill Cosby during his sexual assault trial, cutting into his parenting schedule.
According to The Blast, Hartwell claims he was ordered to pay $3,007 a month in child support and was further ordered not to take Oxycodone and anti-depressants while driving with his daughter. The documents also highlighted, however, that the judge made note of the fact that the former NFL star did not exercise his visitation rights during most of his scheduled time.
However, based on the recently filed documents, Pulliam allegedly denied Hartwell visitation on multiple occasions. Hartwell, himself, claimed that she would maliciously change the visitation location so that he would have difficulty in seeing their daughter.
Due to this, he believes he deserves, at minimum, joint physical custody of their daughter. Specifically, Hartwell is arguing that the court adjust his child support payments.
