‘Queens Court’: Tamar Braxton, Nivea And Evelyn Lozada Look For Their Kings In New Dating Series
Tamar Braxton, Nivea and Evelyn Lozada are looking for love in their new reality series Queens Court!
The Will Packer production will be hosted by Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete and will follow the ladies as they search for a partner that handles living under the public, with the success and fame that comes with their new beau.
The Peete’s will guide “the Queens through the ups and downs of dating 21 confident and successful prospective suitors while the Queens develop a sisterhood supporting each other on their quests to find a King fit for a Queen.”
“As individual women, all of us have experienced very public relationships,” Lozada is heard saying in the trailer
To which, Braxton adds, “It’s really hard for me to let my guard down, but it’s time to kinda take the bricks down.”
Grammy-nominated R&B singer Nivea was married to producer and singer The Dream, before the couple went their separate ways in 2007 before finalizing their divorce in 2008. She went on to date and later became engaged to rapper Lil Wayne before breaking off their engagement the following year.
Back in 2012, Lozada filed for divorce from former NFL star Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, following a domestic violence dispute. He was arrested for allegedly head-butting Lozada during an argument. The incident led to their divorce and legal proceedings.
Braxton first married singer Darrell “DeVante Sing” Allamby from 2001 to 2003. She was also married to music producer Vince Herbert in 2008 before the couple filed for divorce in 2017 and finalized their split in 2019.
Season 1 of Queens Court premieres, Thursday, March 16 on Peacock.
