TDE’s Christmas Concert Raises $750K in Toys and Clothes Donations
Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE) rang in its 20th anniversary by transforming Nickerson Gardens in Watts into a hub of holiday cheer, hosting its 11th annual Christmas Concert and Toy Drive.
The heartwarming two-day celebration combined music, community, and generosity, attracting over 10,000 attendees who delivered $750,000 worth of toys and clothing to brighten the holidays for local Watts families.
The festivities kicked off on December 12th with a star-studded holiday concert featuring performances by TDE artists SZA, Jay Rock, Isaiah Rashad, Doechii, and more, along with special guest appearances from Kendrick Lamar, GloRilla and Lefty Gunplay.
Day two of the event focused on giving back with a Community Giveback experience that included a toy giveaway, raffles, sports clinics, and festive activities like carnival attractions, snow play, and holiday photos.
Meanwhile, Adults benefited from a job fair hosted in collaboration with local entities such as the Los Angeles Rams and Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles. Brand contributions like Converse, Amazon, and True Religion made this year’s event possible.
Founded by Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith and presented by his charity, Top Dawg Love the Kids, the annual holiday tradition exemplifies their commitment to uplifting under-resourced communities in Los Angeles.
