Machine Gun Kelly's mug shot is the focal point of a new lawsuit.

According to TMZ, photographer Dario Calmese is suing MGK's manager, Live Nation Worldwide, Black Apple clothing company and Spencer's Gift, over a line of T-shirts he wasn't paid for.

Calmese says he snapped MGK's mug shot for the limited edition line of Black Apple shirts in 2012, under the assumption that he would be paid. Black Apple, and the rapper's manager, Byron Kirkland, reportedly went forward with the production, but failed to compensate Calmese.

He goes on to claim that knockoff T-shirts were reproduced and sold by Live Nation and Spencer's, the latter of which is described on its website as "THE online source for unique and funny gifts & gift ideas." Calmese is asking that both companies stop selling the shirts, but not Black Apple.

The amount of money he is seeking has not been made public and neither parties have released a statement on the suit.
