Kaavia James Flashes A Big Smile As One Of The Youngest Owners Of A Pro Soccer Team!
Gabrielle Union was genuinely surprised when her 3-year-old daughter Kaavia James—affectionately known as the “Shady Baby” on Instagram—flashed a big smile at a recent Angel City FC soccer game in Los Angeles, California.
“When @kaaviajames started smiling like this, it came outta the blue and none of us could figure out why she was doing it. Now I get it. She’s been trolling meeeeeeee,” Gabrielle playfully captioned a game day photo with her baby girl. “Swipe to see how Kaav thinks I smile. It really be your own kids! #ShadyBaby.”
According to ESPN, the mother-daughter pair are part-owners of the Angel City FC professional women's soccer team, which may explain the toddler's adorable grin. With the large investment, Kaavia becomes one of the sport's youngest club owners.
FYI: Angel City Football Club is a National Women's Soccer League expansion team that was announced in July 2020 and began play in 2022. The team is based in Los Angeles, California.
