This Video Proves That Pusha T Fans Are Taking That Drake Beef To Ruthless New Levels...
Despite mandates from both Pusha T and Drake’s parties calling for an end to their rap feud, it appears that the fans don’t share the same sentiments.
Especially not King Push supporters, who brought their hostility for his Young Money foe to New York’s annual Governors Ball on Saturday (June 2).
Pusha hit the stage at the music festival to grace the crowd with some throwback hits as well as some new heat from his newly-released Daytona project. While fans amped the energy up for his choice of songs on the set, they were especially anxious for a performance of the blistering, anti-Drake diss track, “The Story of Adidon,” Billboard reported.
A video from the performance gives merit to that report, showing fans roaring into a “F**k Drake!” chant as Pusha stood before the crowd between songs. Billboard adds that the Virginia emcee never led, or really even addressed, the chant. However, it was likely fueled by his “surgical summer” declaration among the concertgoers, a punctuation line from “The Story of Adidon,” and his performance of the 2018 Drizzy feud catalyst: “Infrared.”
Unfortunately for combative fans, he left the diss record out of his track line-up for the performance. Instead, King Push allowed tracks like “Mercy,” Clipse reruns like “Grindin’,” and one of his most celebrated remix favorites of Chief Keef’s “I Don’t Like” power the crowd’s momentum.
Looks like he won’t be needing that invoice after all.
See how Pusha fans are attempting to keep the beef alive and well in the post below.
