Wilma Rudolph - Considered the fastest woman of the 1960s, Wilma Rudolph?s rise to the top of the track and field world was a remarkable one. The three-time Gold medal winner was born premature and battled infantile paralysis, scarlet fever and whopping cough before the age of 12.
