LA Judge Won't Delay Sterling Trial - Judge Michael Levanas said Monday in court that he won’t delay the scheduled Donald Sterling-Shelly Sterling July 7 court hearing to accommodate Donald’s doctor. Sterling’s doctor, who vouched for the banned owner’s mental health last week, could not be present during next Monday’s trial due to previous obligations and traveling, but Levanas didn’t feel like his possible presence was enough to reschedule the hearing.
