Temar Boggs Becomes Hero for Finding Missing 5-Year-Old - Temar Boggs, a 15-year-old from Lancaster, Pennsylvania heard 5-year-old Jocelyn Rojas was missing. Boggs and his friend hopped on their bikes to go looking for her. Boggs chased down a vehicle he spotted turn around when it got near police officers.
