New App Allows for Submission of Police Bruality Videos  - Mobile Justice, a new app, has been released by the American Civil Liberties of Michigan. Based on similar app Stop and Frisk, the new technology allows bystanders to record police activity. The app also sends the video to the ACLU as soon as the witness stops recording.
