The Tom Joyner Foundation 'Full Ride' Scholarship - This full scholarship is awarded to one student who will attend a historically Black college and university (HBCU). Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.5 and/or above and an SAT score of 2100 or higher. Applications must be postmarked no later than January 17. The Bill Gates Millennium Scholars Program - If you have a 3.3 GPA and have a strong interest in leadership and community service, then the Gates Millennium Scholarship is for you. Keep in mind the scholarship is renewable and can be used for two-year, four-year and graduate college education. The deadline is Jan. 15.
