Tragedy In Chicago: Shooting Of Father And Two Young Daughters Described As ‘Pure Evil’
A father and his two young daughters were fatally shot early yesterday morning (July 3), and the brutal attack has investigators describing the incident “pure evil.”
The tragic shooting took place in Chicago, and was carried out in the middle of the night, at around 2:20AM.
As reported, 39-year-old Dionus M. Neely, his ten-year-old Elle and his three-year-old India, all passed away in the hospital, after suffering multiple gunshot wounds.
Neighbors reported that the mother of the two young daughters was heard screaming, “my babies, my babies,” after learning of the violent attack.
Hazel Crest Police Chief Mitchell Davis III confirmed that detectives currently have yet to find a suspect, but they are calling the incident a targeted attack and reassuring the public that it was not the act of a random, malicious gunman.
“Anyone who could kill a three-year-old and a ten-year-old, no matter what the circumstances, is nothing but pure evil as far as I'm concerned,” the police chief commented.
As reported, the mother and her three other children survived the attack, escaping with suffering any injuries.
The police are asking anyone with any possibly helpful information to come forward.
