In a strange and disturbing story out of South Fort Myers High School, in Florida, one 15-year-old girl was caught on camera having sex with multiple boys when an alleged 25 boys in the school bathroom. The boys, said to be most football players, entered and exited the bathroom and shared the disturbing footage on Snapchat.
Of course, the story has been all over the local and national news — and now includes a viral Instagram video of a "news report" in which members of the community slut shame not only the 15-year-old girl, but her entirely family as well.

The incident, which occurred last Tuesday has left the school, and community shocked. A student at the school, Alex Bailey, told NBC2 "A bunch of football players went into a room with a girl and had sex with her, and a bunch of the football players were suspended," he said. "So we might not have a football team this year."

"It's like one of those things where you don't...really...it's just crazy. I never thought that would happen," said Ashley Shimko, a student at South Fort Myers High.

A spokesperson for the Lee County School District said students were disciplined after the "inappropriate activity" occurred in a girls' bathroom on Tuesday.

Shortly after the story broke, an Instagram video surfaced that appears to be edited with real and fake coverage of the story (though nobody has confirmed if it's real, fake or something in between) and features alleged members of the community saying that the 15-year-old girl in question is not the only member of her family to engage in similar acts.

One interviewee in the video claims, "Her momma did it, her grandma did it.” Adding, "Nasty, they all got caught f***ing in classrooms."

The video appears to be a fake, but the slut shaming of a 15-year-old and the women in her family — while holding the two dozen boys involved in the incident to no responsibility — is very real. See the viral video that has the internet LOLing over this sad story:

The video got picked up by popular Instagram profile theshaderoom and has over 14,000 likes, and nearly 7,000 comments, with many commenting on the humor of the video, and some remarking on the sad reality of the story.

The story is indeed shocking, and has rocked the school's community, forcing students, parents, and school officials to ask how something like this was even possible.
