Finally: Rihanna Kicks Off "ANTI" Tour After Rescheduling In 8 Cities

So far, the first city wasn’t treated to an encore.

After having to delay her highly-anticipated world tour due to production delays and rescheduling in eight cities, Rihanna has finally hit the road.

Kicking off the ANTI tour last night in Jacksonville, Florida, Rihanna has a long journey in front of her, with 59 more dates to go.

According to show reviews and fan videos that have surfaced thus far, the wait has been well worth it, with fans reporting back that RiRi balances her crowd-favorites such as “B***h Better Have My Money,” “Umbrella,” “FourFIveSeconds,” with cuts from her new album, ANTI, including “Same Ol’ Mistakes,” “Woo” and “Work,” and that the show features tastefully flashy production, such as a flying bridge that the singer walked across.

Reports shared that Rihanna’s fashion game was also on point (of course) with about six wardrobe changes throughout the night, shouting out her collaboration with Manolo Blahnik by pointing out, “My shoes are Manolo, boo.”

One complaint found across the board was that the show didn’t last long enough, and only clocked in at 90 minutes. Leaving fans wanting more is a sure sign RiRi is doing it right, but an encore would have been nice.

Check out some footage from last night’s first pit stop, captured by some lucky fans in the audience.
