Afroman Assault Victim Prepares Lawsuit

Afroman's most recent concert incident may end up costing him, as the woman he punched is on track to take him to court.
According to TMZ, the victim, who has been identified as a 21-year-old woman named Haley, hired a lawyer who reports that she suffered multiple injuries to her neck, jaw and back following the punch.
Tim Holleman, Haley's attorney, also believes that his client suffered a minor concussion since she doesn't seem to remember the attack. Furthermore, regardless of the video showing his client wandering onto the stage herself, Holleman further places blame on the venue's security, saying that they should bear some responsibility since nothing was done to remove her.
As for claims that Afroman could not differentiate if Haley was a man or a woman, Holleman isn't buying it, saying that the rapper saw when she entered the stage.
Since the victim is already stacking up medical bills, Holleman says that she will be seeking reimbursement, especially if they go through with the lawsuit.
Since the incident, Afroman has since publicly apologized and is currently seeking anger-management rehab.
