Carmen Bryan says Nas owes her back like, well, we all know how the song goes...

The It's No Secret author and one of hip hop's most infamous baby moms filed paperwork in court recently claiming that the rapper has time and time again missed payments. She wants him held in contempt, if he doesn't ante up, which could mean prison time, reports TMZ.

Allegedly, Nas is a "repeat criminal non supporter" and he's intentionally defaulted on money needed for college tuition and medical expenses for their 19-year-old daughter, Destiny, Bryan says in the documents. The tab he's run up is to the tune of $11,000.

Meanwhile, Nas is keeping his business affairs in order. He's celebrating 20 years of Illmatic this year, and is plotting new music, and an autobiographical show, Street Dreams, coming out on Xbox.
