Ab-Soul isn't the only member of Black Hippy dissatisfied with their XXL cover, ScHoolboy Q also wasn't feeling the look.

"That's so disrespectful," Q told MTV News of the cover, which features all four Black Hippy members (inclduing Jay Rock and Kendrick Lamar) under the header: "Kendrick Lamar & Black Hippy: TDE Rap's Illest Crew."

Separating Lamar's name didn't sit well with the "Collard Greens" rapper. "We didn't go into that shoot saying, 'This is Kendrick with Black Hippy photo shoot for the cover,' We went in there and said, 'This is a Black Hippy shoot,' so we expect a Black Hippy."

Since K. Dot is the most popular of the bunch, Q added that he understands the magazine's decision. "At the end of the day, Kendrick, he's way ahead of us. He's a platinum artist. I haven’t dropped my album yet. [Jay] Rock’s working on his major label album. Ab-Soul’s working on his major label album. We still haven’t dropped our major-label albums, so honestly, at the same time, at the end of the day, I mean he is f---ing Kendrick Lamar.

"Even though we're not signed to Kendrick, but he has that impact. Like Big Seanhe gets in interviews, they're gonna ask him about Kanye. J. Cole, they’re always gonna ask him about Jay Z. Slaughterhouse, they always ask about Eminem. You just gotta fight your way up the ladder."

Meanwhile, Jay Rock has no problem with the cover, stating, "I don’t never take that too offensive because at the end of the day, whether it’s just Kendrick’s name … or if it was ‘ScHoolboy Q and Black Hippy,’ or ‘Ab-Soul Black Hippy,’ it’s us, still, because we’re all in this s--- together,

"Real people know what it is," Rock explained. "They know it's not just Kendrick Lamar and Black Hippy … that stuff don't bother me. We all family at the end of the day. "
