Report: Kanye West to Perform on SNL
Kanye West is ready to leave France and it's not for Kim Kardashian. It's for work.
Yeezy is rumored to perform on Saturday Night Live next month. The sketch comedy series will welcome Mr. West on May 18, according to the New York Post.
So far, no confirmation from NBC. The network would only say that the lineup isn't finalized.
West has appeared on SNL five times, most recently in 2010. It looked like the relationship had soured when the Chicago native dissed the show on his single "Power," saying "F--k SNL and they whole cast." He was reportedly upset over their digs at his infamous interruption of Taylor Swift during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.
The 35-year-old has been in Paris for several months working on a new album. He and Kardashian — who will welcome their first child this summer — are rumored to be permanently relocating to the city of lights.
