Report: Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake Planning 10-City Tour
A summer stadium tour for Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z could be in the works. After the two linked up for performances of Timberlake's "Suit & Tie" at the Grammys and during Super Bowl weekend, they are reportedly planning to hit the road for a 10-city tour.
After the awards show Sunday night, The New York Post caught up with JT and he shared, "We’re definitely going to go on tour . . . I don’t know how much I should say . . . It’s going to be a lot of fun, I know that."
Although the "Cry Me a River" singer did not confirm who the "we" was in his statement to the press, considering him and Hov have been best buds lately, it’s safe to assume who he is talking about. They each cozied up with their respective wives, Beyoncé and Jessica Biel, while sitting front row at the Grammys. On stage at the show, Timberlake also debuted a new song, “Pusher Lover Girl” backed by an orchestra and released new single "Mirrors" later that night.
Sources negotiating the tour told Rolling Stone that it’s in the works. Though, as of yet, there have been no official statements released by either artist. Timberlake's The 20/20 Experience is set to drop on March 19th.
