Chris Brown and Drake Hit With Another Club Lawsuit
Chris Brown and Drake still haven't seen the last of the fallout from their June club brawl in NYC. A club-goer who was injured in the melee recently sued the rival pop stars, piling on to a lawsuit filed last week against them by a representative of the club itself.
Romain Julien, a model who was in attendance when the bottles went flying June 14, says he suffered a severed tendon in his right hand, lacerations from broken glass, cosmetic deformity and mental distress, according to the Associated Press.
The suit accuses Brown of having a "hot temper" and escalating the chaos, which reports have said began as a result of affronts made by Drake and his entourage. Julien is seeking both actual and punitive damages from both parties as well as the club owners.
Last week, Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. filed a $16 million suit against Drake and Brown for igniting the violence. Since the incident, the club Greenhouse and its basement lounge W.i.P have been the target of a string of lawsuits and aggressive challenges from the city.
