It seems she fell in love with the jazzy, soulful, synth-y music of King, an all-lady trio out of Los Angeles, California. Earlier today, Badu tweeted: “i follow everybody that show me & @wearekingmusic a receipt to this ☆☆☆☆☆ EP.” The response was so huge, Badu had to take a break from following because her hand was tired, according to her Twitter feed.
