Trump Cosigns Stacey Dash's Clueless Tomfoolery

Stacey Dash has a friend in Republican frontrunner Donald Trump. After the Clueless star (in more ways than one) declared that the BET Awards and other Black media enterprises should be abolished in the name of "integration," the presidential candidate cosigned Dash's inane comments.
Trump was asked Wednesday to weigh in on the Reverend Al Sharpton's call for a boycott of this year's Oscars, which has been echoed by many who aren't pleased with #OscarsSoWhite.
"Well, I think it's a tough situation," Trump said on Fox & Friends. "I think it's really sad. And Al is just a guy who wants to get publicity for himself. And I understand him very well."
Trump then praised Dash's interview earlier in the morning, in which the actress criticized the BET Awards for only recognizing Black achievements. "Just like there shouldn't be a Black History Month," Dash said earlier today. "You know? We're Americans. Period. That's it."
Well, that really rung a bell with Trump.
"I saw somebody on your show today say, 'What do we do with BET, Black Entertainment, right?'" he reiterated. "The whites don't get any nominations. And I thought it was an amazing interview, actually. I've never even thought of it from that standpoint."
He continued, "But with all of that being said, it would certainly be nice if everybody could be represented properly. And hopefully that's the case, but perhaps it's not the case. It's a difficult situation."
Trump went on to point out that Black actors had been nominated for Academy Awards in the past, so everything should be totally cool. "This is not one of those years, but over the years I've seen numerous Black actors and African American actors receive Academy Awards," Trump said. "And I think that's great."
We don't even know where to start with this one, but we're thinking Trump may have found the perfect running mate in Stacey Dash. Check out some more of her points of view that Trump is apt to agree with on BET Breaks, below:
