Halle Berry's feud with former flame Gabriel Aubry has resurfaced as the Oscar winner is claiming that the father of her child is living entirely off her child support payments and has even stopped working.

According to TMZ, Berry filed legal documents asking a judge in their custody case to significantly reduce her monthly child support payments from $16,000 to slightly over $3,000.

She claims that by him living solely off her child support obligations, he is abusing the system. She also notes that he is definitely capable of getting a job, but is simply choosing not to.

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have joint custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Nahla.
