A Michigan restaurant owned by Flavor Flav has been shut down, TMZ reports. Flav's chicken and ribs joint was shuttered after the landlords of the establishment sued to evict the rapper-turned-reality star and his business partners over nonpayment of rent.
The landlords claim Flav and company owe more than $20,000. The Flavor of Love star's partners claim they didn't pay rent because of a faulty heating unit on the property. Regardless, police showed up to the restaurant on Thursday morning and kicked out the staff, changed the locks and posted an eviction notice to the door.
No word on whether Flav and his team will try to re-up somewhere else.
