NYPD Can’t Find Any Proof That Cardi B’s Alleged Assault Ever Happened
Earlier this week, “Bodak Yellow” rapper Cardi B took to social media revealing that she’d been placed in a choke hold by a member of the NYPD. Days after she went public with her claims, the NYPD revealed that they’re having a hard time proving the incident ever took place.
According to TMZ.com, NYPD Assistant Police Commissioner, Peter Donald conducted an investigation and found that commanders in the various areas surrounding Columbus Circle, the place Cardi claims the incident occurred, could not find any surveillance video supporting her claims.
TMZ claims that the former reality star’s refusal to come forward with more details leads the NYPD to question what really happened.
Despite her initial post detailing the incident, Cardi B has maintained radio silence on the matter.
