While Ellen DeGeneres was the first to stir up a rumor that, after dropping albums back-to-back weeks, Future was gearing up to unleash a third, it turns out she likely wasn't wrong in saying that the rapper has plenty of material warming in the oven.

As reported, Questlove has echoed that sentiment, sharing during a lecture that Future is planning to drop two more albums sooner rather than later.

While the recording artist has yet to comment regarding his future plans, his own commentary regarding his work ethic and self-diagnosed "addiction" to being in the studio suggests crazier things have happened.

While that third album that DeGeneres was hinting at didn't drop today, Questlove's commentary reassures that Future will be continuing his winning streak this year. The acclaimed drummer reportedly spilled the tea during a lecture titled "Conversations on Creativity With Questlove: Creativity and Motivation" at Brooklyn's Pratt Institute on Thursday night (March 2).

While Questlove didn't specify exactly when the new music would arrive, we'd say it's a safe bet that it'll arrive before we can forget about it. Considering his current dominance on the Billboard charts, it's definitely still Future season.
