Lil Uzi Vert and Lil Yachty Are Arguing Over Who Makes Better Music

Well, this was enlightening.

All too often, rising rappers Lil Uzi Vert and Lil Yachty find themselves being grouped together as two artists holding it down for the next era of hip-hop music. With each utilizing experimental sounds in their music and representing what can be considered the new school, it's only natural for both to have a competitive spirit as they fight for the same title of rap's next modern hero.

Considering this is 2017 and all, each millennial rapper got busy in the comments section, going back and forth arguing about who makes better music.

Lil Uzi recently took to Instagram to preview a snippet from his forthcoming project, Luv Is Rage 2, and Lil Yachty couldn't help but weigh in.

"Sound hard but don't sound harder than that yachty," he writers, adorning his comment with the eyeroll emoji.

Of course, Lil Uzi couldn't let that one slide by unnoticed.

"Put out ya album so I can destroy that s**t with mine," Lil Uzi claps back. "And don't rap threw ya nose on this one."

Lil Yachty then swiftly commented back saying that he feels like Uzi's response "sounds like a challenge."

While it's clear the two could go back and forth all day, Lil Uzi got the final word in (this time).

"Ya a** is mentally (Challenge), don't try to bring that foolishness over here," Uzi concludes, before deleting his final response after posting it. "You better finish ya last challenge Now go find a new girl and stop worrying bout boys."

Yikes.

Take a look at the two rapper's Instagram bickering in the posts below.
