Now 50 Cent Doesn't Want to Be Associated With His Oldest Son

The family feud continues.

In the wake of 50 Cent’s eldest son, Marquise Jackson, clapping back with such force in response to his father’s commentary about him growing up (and controversially counting down the days until his son will no longer receive his child support payments), the entertainer is now deciding to cut him off a year early, at least as far as association goes.

Fif’s decision to detach from his son has some fans interpreting the decision as tough love. Others are viewing the entertainer publicly disowning his son in the manner he has as further evidence supporting his son’s claim that 50 hasn’t been the most involved father.

In a recent photo of his son, the caption referred to Marquise as “50 Cent’s son” and made reference to the two discussing the 17-year-old's interest in pursuing an acting career. 50 Cent got wind of the photo and decided to take the opportunity to add to the tension between them from their recent Instagram back-and-forth.

“His name is Marquise, take 50cent’s son out your post please,” Fif commented. “He is on his own path, doing his own thing. I have nothing to do with this project.”

Daaaang.

A comment of that nature, and 50’s subsequent actions, naturally has everyone sounding off on social media as to whether it’s petty, problematic or simply stating the facts that Marquise is growing up and coming into his own without the help of his celebrity father.

Take a look at 50 Cent’s latest attention-grabbing social media commentary in the post below.
