Kevin Gates proudly reps his hometown Baton Rouge and even recently offered President Obama some interesting advice in regards to the horrific flooding plaguing Louisiana this summer.

The state has been suffering from record-breaking flooding, with thousands losing their homes and at least 13 people losing their lives.

Gates, who is becoming notorious for his outlandish comments, cracked a joke while talking to TMZ, saying that he has an idea for Obama.

“He shoulda got an ark,” the rapper said before taking off in a Rolls-Royce.

Perhaps this joke, referencing the biblical story of Noah and the flood, was a little bit inappropriate, but then again, the comment IS coming from Gates.
