Kanye West Takes a Page Out of Usher’s Book and Cries in New Music Video

His new music video for "Wolves" is here.

Earlier this summer, Usher revealed just how sensitive he is by shedding a tear in his music video for his track “Crash.”

Now, just over a month later, Kanye West is taking a page from the R&B icon’s book and crying in his new music video for “Wolves” (as artistically as possible, of course).

Releasing the new seven-minute visual treatment today (July 29), West recruited an all-star cast, including director Steven Klein, creative director Olivier Rousteing and concept/creative director Pascal Dangin, further showcasing just how serious Ye takes his art and anything with his name on it.

Filmed in black and white, the music video, naturally, is equal parts visually stunning and mysterious, featuring the track’s collaborators Vic Mensa and Sia.

The video also weaves in edited footage from this year’s Met Gala, showcasing West and his wife, Kim Kardashian, fully decked out in Balmain.

Check out Ye’s emotional and luxuriously chaotic visual interpretation of his track "Wolves” below.
