Kevin Hart’s new movie title doesn’t have Run the Jewels all that amused.

When the rap duo, comprised of El-P and Killer Mike, got wind that the name of the comedian’s latest venture shares their group’s name, they were not happy about it.

“Excuse me while I go starve a savage pack of lawyers for 7 days,” El-P reacted to the news on Twitter.

The Hollywood Reporter broke the story that Hart will be producing a new action-comedy film, currently titled Run the Jewels.

Not only does the name hit close to home for the rap group, but its storyline also borrows generously from contemporary hip-hop culture. As reported, the film “centers on a group of failed rappers who attempt to rob an eccentric hip-hop mogul.”

Hart has yet to respond, but something tells us this isn’t the last we’ll hear about this.
