Judge Rules in Favor of Chris Brown in Custody Case, Royalty's Mother Responds

A win for team Breezy.

Chris Brown is usually in the headlines for taking an L. Take last week for example, when he was kicked off a private jet for smoking weed, even though he was told not to prior to the flight.

Yesterday (May 24) though, Breezy got a W. A judge denied Nia Guzman’s request to limit the joint custody of Brown’s daughter, Royalty. Guzman, the mother of Royalty, claimed her daughter was in danger, alleging CB’s drug use and rumored gang affiliation.

Chris and Nia will continue to have joint legal and physical custody. Under the current agreement, Brown gets 12 days a month with his daughter and it will continue to be unmonitored.

Chris Brown and Nia Guzman recently got into a social media spat over the dressing of their daughter. He wasn’t feeling the “sexy” photo Nia posted. SMH.
