Tyrese isn't having the best week.

After unsuccessfully vying for The Rock's attention on social media, Black Ty's been having problems with his ex-wife and daughter as he has been ordered to stay 100 years away from the both of them.

According to People, the singer's ex-wife, Norma Mitchell Gibson, has been granted temporary physical and legal custody of their daughter Shayla after she accused him of abusing the 10-year-old on August 19.

Norma claimed that he "pushed our daughter to the ground, pinned her face down, put her knees on her back, grabbed her hands with one arm and beat her with the other." She added that he hit Shayla "between 12 and 16 times," which reportedly resulted in her experiencing such excruciating pain that she complained that she could not sit down.

She also claimed that the Fast & Furious star has been disgnosed with bipolar disorder and manic behavior by three psychotherapists.

The court documents showed that Tyrese has also not been granted visitation since the temporary custody agreement took effect.

The two are scheduled to appear at a hearing on October 2.
