Nia Long Finally Speaks Out on 'Empire' Lawsuit and Taraji P. Henson Feud
The rumored behind-the-scenes drama between Empire co-stars Taraji P. Henson and Nia Long has grabbed more headlines this season than the show itself. It's been hard to separate fact from fiction in the reported feud considering all parties involved have remained tight-lipped about it — until now.
Nia Long had a chat with some paparazzi this week and finally broke her silence about both the alleged beef with her co-star and the lawsuit supposedly brought on by some crew members against her.
Asked about a "lawsuit" the show's hair and makeup team were planning to bring against her for being abusive to them, Nia responded, "there's no lawsuit, there's never been a lawsuit." On that point, she's probably right — the crew members reportedly just filed a complaint against her. Then, unprompted, she goes on to say, "I love Taraji, she's an amazing actress. There's no beef at all."
