Things between Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta stars Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez have just gotten messier as the new bachelor is officially gunning for sole custody of her unborn child, if it's proven to be his. He even details reasoning as to why he would be a better fit parent for the child than the self-proclaimed Puerto Rican princess could ever be.

According to The Jasmine Brand, Stevie J is accusing Joseline of abusing drugs while being pregnant and even went on to say that he is actually "more stable financially, mentally, physically and emotionally than Joseline and therefore the child needs to be awarded to him fully."

He went on to plead with the judge to prevent Joseline from continuing to make scathing remarks about him in the media and also wants her to make a public retraction of everything she has said prior.

Stevie also added that he believes Joseline will continue to abuse drugs even after she gives birth.
