Derrick Rose is once again working his way back from a torn meniscus, the latest in a series of knee injuries which have hindered the career of the former NBA MVP.

Yet, whatever the setback, Rose has always battled back and that's one of the reasons why his fans love him so much.

In China for a recent promotional event with Adidas, Rose was presented with a tribute video of his most-loyal Chinese fans.

After watching them profess their love for him, the veteran point guard, who signed a one-year, $2.1 million deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers in June, broke down in tears. The 28-year-old was simply overcome with emotions over his fans' unwavering support.

After winning the league MVP after the 2010-11 season, D. Rose suffered a series of devastating knee injuries. Yet, he has managed to fight back and get back onto the court.

His fans recognize that and are pulling for him to remain healthy and play the best hoops he can. It's dope to see that mutual love.
