Dwayne Johnson is getting pumped for the holidays.

In the spirit of the year's most magical season, the action star spent some time in the gym, giving his arms an intense workout. On Sunday (Dec. 10), the "Black Adam" star documented his routine and posted it to his Instagram account, which has 394 million followers.

In the clip, Johnson models a festive red and white Santa Claus hat while getting in reps next to his gym partner and celebrity trainer, Mike Ryan.

"Burnin’ that midnight oil baby 🕯️💪🏾," the actor said in the caption of the post. "Just two filthy Boston loving animals 😜😈💀."

Johnson's after-hours workout was followed by a joyful photo shoot for his clothing brand Project Rock. During the epic pre-Christmas photo session, he and Ryan are seen racking up a sweat in the gym, dubbed "Iron Paradise." In the frame, Ryan portrays a ripped version of St. Nick while rocking a pair of red shorts and matching sneakers.

As cameras pan across the gym, workout equipment is decorated with bright lights while a tall Christmas tree nestles in a corner.
